Joel Martin


Joel founded Allied Flooring Products, Inc. in 1997 following a successful career in executive marketing management with several major flooring manufacturers.  A native of Charlotte, NC, Joel has over 33 years of experience in marketing management, product development and manufacturing involving a wide range of floor covering products.

Joel received his undergraduate degree in Economics & Business Management from Wofford College in Spartanburg, SC and studied marketing management at Columbia University in New York, NY.  Joel enjoys boating, offshore fishing, traveling, playing guitar & activities with family & friends.


Rich Neale


Rich is a western North Carolina native with over 30 years in Sales, Marketing and Manufacturing.  Rich is a graduate of Guilford College in Greensboro, NC with degrees in Business Management and Accounting.  Rich became a Shareholder in Allied in 2004, heavily influencing aggressive growth and expansion nationwide.  Rich’s free time is spent following sports, playing music, and in the great outdoors.


Jeff West

National Sales Director

Jeff enjoyed a long career in Construction and Development before joining Allied Industries in 2016. Jeff is responsible for providing Sales and Technical support for Allied Industries’ Strategic partners. When not at one of his kid’s soccer games or tennis matches, he likes to play golf, run, and snow ski. Jeff graduated from University of North Carolina – Charlotte.

Ken Neeley

Business Manager

Ken is a business professional with over 30 years’ experience in financial management, administration and operations. He has been involved in manufacturing for over 12 years, and has been with Allied for 3 years. Most weekends Ken can be found at his son’s soccer games. He is an avid hiker and outdoor enthusiast. Ken graduated from Kansas State University.

Franziska Long

Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Franziska is a native to New Orleans, LA but was raised in Germany and is a first generation American. Franziska returned to her home in Charlotte, NC after acquiring her BBA in Economics from Radford University. She brings a variety of skills from her previous careers in the Medical field, Telecommunications, Insurance Sales, and Tax Consulting. Outside of the office Franziska spends all her time training and competing her four warmbloods in Dressage, Hunter/Jumpers and 3Day Eventing, while pursuing her MBA.

Amanda Lail

Customer Service Manager

Amanda has over 20 years’ experience in  Customer Service and Administrative Support from International Corporations and Small businesses. She has worked with the restaurant industry for 15 years and knows the challenges faced in the day to day operation.  She earned her Bachelors of Science from Columbia College in Columbia, SC.  Her favorite things are reading with her daughter and fishing with her sons.

Amanda Wetzel

Office Administrator  

Marketing Collateral Support

Amanda moved from Wilmington, Delaware to Charlotte in August of 2019. She has over 10 years’ experience as an administrative assistant. When not at work Amanda enjoys exploring the Queen City with her husband and their Weimaraner, Sturgill. Amanda is thrilled to support the team at Allied Industries and keep the office running smoothly!

Caroline Holt

National Account Coordinator, Senior Project Manager

Caroline has 13 years of experience in various areas of the construction industry, including 8 years at Allied Industries, and a Business Management Degree from Wake Forest University. In additional to managing various National Account Programs for customers in the US and Canada, she fields technical questions and guides new Eco-Grip installers in estimating, installation, quality control, and continuing education for the Eco-Grip system. She spends her free time with her family going hiking, kayaking, and raising goats and ducks on their small farm.

Holly Or

Accounting Manager

Holly recently relocated to Charlotte, NC from Colorado and joined the Allied team in June of 2020. She brings a plethora of experience in accounting, along with award winning customer service with the plaques to prove it. Holly holds many degrees such as a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus in Marketing and a Master of Science in Accounting. When she is not collecting degrees, she enjoys volunteering her time to non-profits organizations such as Second Harvest Food Bank and Habitat for Humanity.  Spending time with friends and family and playing cornhole tournaments is the highlight of her time off.

Kayla Alexander

Assistant Office Manager

I am the Assistant Office Manager, here at the Jonesville location. I have experience in packing, shipping, and assisting both customers and other employees with some of their basic needs. I received my Associates degree in Accounting, in May of 2017. I have been a league bowler since I was 13 and was a competitive gymnast for 9.5 years. I carried my competitive nature with me as I became gymnastics coach for 6.5 years. I enjoy bowling, gymnastics, and traveling.


Jody Martin

National Training Manager

Charlotte native with 13 years of experience in the flooring and commercial construction fields.  Experience working in field installations, field training, estimating, and project management.  Developed our international training school and now oversees all training at the Allied executive branch in Charlotte, NC.   Hobbies include sports, playing guitar, and the great outdoors.


Travis Bryan

Production & Warehouse Assistant

Travis has used the growth opportunities at Allied to develop his skills, he started as a subcontract delivery driver for installers in 2017 and advanced his way up to a full-time position within Allied Industries International. In January 2020, Travis became the assistant to the SpeedFlex Manager, supporting every aspect of the production cycle for the SpeedFlex Liquid Weld System. When Travis is not nerding-out at work he enjoys playing video games with his friends on is Xbox.



Alan Sellars

Plant Superintendent

Alan Sellars served the in US Navy and brought 30 years of manufacturing experience when he joined Allied Industries International. He has been a tremendous asset to the company with his leadership in improving process and technical troubleshooting.  Alan enjoys traveling with his family on his off time.


Ana Rosales

National Accounts Assistant

Ana has a strong background in the customer service field, client management and manufacturing. She was born in New York and came to Charlotte in 2010. Having three kids is what drove her to start her professional journey. When Ana is not at work she likes to work on her project car and do outdoor things such as hiking at the mountains and going to the beach.

Mike Frohock

SpeedFlex Manager

Mike has been with the company for over 2 years and is fully responsible for the manufacturing and production of the company’s SpeedFlex Liquid Weld System. He has helped the company develop and fine-tune the manufacturing process contributing to the product being the industry leading liquid weld solution. Mikes knowledge and experience lies extensively in computer hardware & software testing, along with quality control, logistics and manufacturing. Outside of work Fro enjoys working on cars, photography, meteorology/storm spotting and traveling.
